Richard Howe is head of the private client team and has over thirty years of experience, specialising in conveyancing, wills and probate. He has been working in this area since qualifying and has a wide range of clients and contacts.

Richard qualified as a Solicitor in 1978 after graduating from the University of Exeter. He completed Articles at the former law firm Bowen & Evans in Port Talbot and has worked at the present merged firm of Cameron Jones Hussell & Howe since its inception in 1997.

Our team as over 60 years of collective experience in delivering high-quality work in all matters relating to divorce, financial remedies, private law children matters, cohabitation breakdown and pre-and post-marital and cohabitation agreements.

We have four members of the team who may work on your matter. Regardless of works on your matter they would be supervised by Sally Kingsbury.

Sally Kingsbury is the head of our team and has over 35 years of experience in family work specialising in private law work including divorce and financial remedies, and the matters referred to above. Sally Kingsbury has been working in this area since she qualified and has helped hundreds of families and individuals over the years gaining a solid reputation in the area.

Sally qualified as a solicitor in 1983 after gaining her law degree from the Aberystwyth University. She was awarded the Heather Meredydd Parry award as best female student in her degree year.

She completed her training contract at Jones Hussell and Company and became a partner in that firm in 1990. When the current firm was formed in 1997 Sally pursued her specialism in family law and has worked almost exclusively in that area over the past 20 years. She remains a director of the firm.

Sally is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law panel and is a Resolution accredited specialist. She is a member of Resolution.

David Hussell is a Solicitor and Director within the Firm’s Private Client and Civil Litigation departments.

David has been working in these areas since he qualified. As to private client matters, David has represented many clients. As to civil litigation matters, David has represented many clients and is experienced in proceedings before the County and High Court.

Having undertaken a Law Degree at Cardiff University and the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff Law School, David joined the firm in 1998. David completed his training contract with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2000.

David has also completed several professional development courses in both the private client and civil litigation fields. David is a full accredited member of the Solicitors for the Elderly.

Vici Clarke is a Solicitor within the Childcare Department. Vici has been working in this area since she qualified and has represented many parents and children both prior to and within proceedings conducted at the Family Court and the Family Division of the High Court.

Vici qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 having undertaken a Degree in Law at Cardiff University, followed by the LPC at Cardiff Law School. She completed her training contract at Graham Evans and Partners Solicitors in Swansea and worked there for 12 years before moving on to join our firm in 2016.

Vici has also completed several professional development courses in Advocacy, Childcare and Family Law and is an accredited Children’s Representative of the Law Society’s Children Panel.
