Our fees cover a standard straight forward conveyancing transaction. This quote is calculated based on the information supplied by you. If any information is incorrect or changes you should let us know immediately. Any additional disbursements or work will be brought to your attention at the earliest opportunity. Quotes are only valid for 30 days and for properties located in England and Wales.

Potential Disbursements

What Are Disbursements?

Disbursements are costs relating to your matter that are payable to third parties. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.

  • Land Registry Title Documentation is an electronic condensed version of your title deeds from HM Land Registry showing who owns the property and if there are any restrictions and or charges against the property.
  • For leasehold property you may be required to provide a management pack and we will advise you of these charges at the earliest opportunity.
  • If you choose to have any funds transferred direct to your bank account we will charge a telegraphic transfer fees of £25.00 + VAT.

How Long Will it Take?

In our experience it can depend on a number of factors. The average process takes between 6 to 8 weeks. It can be quicker or slower, depending on any third party involvement and whether or not there is a chain.
